www.history.navy.mil  Built 1923 Tonnage 5098/8550 dwtCargo 3,857 tons of crude rubber and 102 tons of Goodrich auto tires, fish oil, peanuts, and tea. Captured  06/Nov/41 by USS Cruiser Omaha and Destroyer Sommers in pos 00º 14’N 27º 44’ O Dead 45 POWThe map depicts the incredible journey made by the two ships as far as Trinidad.
